Now that the votes are all officially counted, Edmontonians will see a city council that is largely made up of incumbents they’re already familiar with. Sarah Ryan has more on the four new faces representing the city: ETS employee Jon Morgan, pharmacist and community builder Thu Parmar, EPS veteran Michael Elliott and entrepreneur Reed Clarke.
