A Nova Scotia teen is taking her traumatic experience and turning it into a chance to save lives. The 17-year-old suffered major injuries, including a severe stroke, in a car crash two years ago. She wasn’t wearing a seatbelt, and as Heidi Petracek reports, the teen is now using her voice to encourage others to buckle up.
