A 33 year-old woman arrested following the discovery of an abandoned baby in a bus shelter has been released from police custody but remains under supervision. The director of a homeless shelter in Longueuil is speaking out, saying the woman spent hours at the resource the night the baby was out in the cold. Global’s Dan Spector reports.
