Tyrell Dechamp, the man charged with the second-degree murder of Naricho Clayton was sentenced in Nova Scotia Supreme Court – bringing his total murder convictions to three. Clayton was the victim of a shooting that took place on April 19, 2016 in downtown Halifax. As Ella MacDonald reports, Clayton’s family says his legacy will live on through them.
