New ‘Strong and Free’ Alberta licence plate faces possible trademark roadblock

A New Brunswick business owner is claiming trademark infringement on the Alberta government’s new proposed licence plate designs, due to the use of the slogan “Strong and Free.” She’s hoping to come to an agreement with the province, but the minister says it’s a non-issue. Jaclyn Kucey explains.
