Trump says Carney ‘apologized’ for anti-tariff ad, but trade talks still paused

U.S. President Donald Trump said Friday that while Prime Minister Mark Carney had 鈥渁pologized鈥 for an anti-tariff ad run by the Ontario government that featured former president Ronald Reagan, he has no plan to resume trade talks between the two countries.
