Employment gap for Canadians living with a disability

October was Disability Employment Awareness Month and according to one Canadian research company, the employment rate for Canadians with disabilities is sitting at 65%, 15% lower than those without disabilities.
To talk about how to bridge that employment gap is Lindsay Coffin, principal research associate at the Conference Board of Canada.
