Four days after Hurricane Melissa struck the island, rescuers and relief workers spread out around Jamaica on Saturday to deliver food and water to isolated villages. The majority of the hurricane-affected areas of St. Elizabeth and Westmoreland were shut off by fallen concrete posts and trees scattered across roadways, but now vital relief supplies are arriving.
