An Orthodox Jewish synagogue in North Toronto has been hit with vandalism for the 10th time in just over a year. Early Tuesday, a man entered the property and smashed five windows with a hammer. As Sean O’Shea reports, despite new video cameras, reinforced glass, and other precautions, the vandalism continues.
