Passengers with airline complaints may be directed to CTA now

B.C. passengers who want to take their airline complaints to the B.C. Civil Resolution may be directed to the Canadian Transportation Agency, where there is a current backlog of 86,000 complaints. This comes after a B.C. Supreme Court judge ruled that  APPR compensation claims for things like flight cancellations and delays must be heard by the federal regulator.
