South Shore organization supports English-speaking community

A South Shore organization is on a mission to guide and accompany English speakers navigate the challenges of the health and social services system. The organization, Assistance and Referral Centre or ARC, has launched a new campaign to raise awareness about its mission to support, empower, and bring resources to the English-speaking community.
