“Predator: Badlands” is set in the harsh alien world of Kalisk in the future. In his first big Hollywood role, Dimitrius Koloamatangi plays Dek, a young Predator who is shunned by his clan because of his alleged weakness. Dimitrius describes how he bonded with the alien costume and how he was relieved to take off the prosthetic-heavy suit when filming wrapped (it was “sweaty”!). Elle Fanning tells us about her synth character Thia, who injects some humour in the action-packed movie.  She discusses the challenges and technical hurdles she faced when she had to be strapped to Dimitrius’s back during scenes of running and fighting through the Badlands.
