Quebec doctors have asked a superior court judge to strike down key provisions of the province’s Bill 2, arguing they infringe on their fundamental rights. Physicians claim certain articles of the bill reforming doctors’ pay structure bar them from quitting, retiring or leaving the province, with the threat of massive fines. Dan Spector reports.
