As the City of Lethbridge prepares to begin the final repairs to the Whoop-Up Drive bridge following a collision this summer, several construction companies are investing heavily in the west side of the city. As Justin Sibbet reports, this includes the first Green Acres Foundation seniors living facility west of the Oldman River in Lethbridge.
