Calgarians are optimistic about the city’s future but are questioning the value they get for their property taxes. That’s according to the city’s Fall Citizen Satisfaction Survey, which will be presented to city council Monday as part of next year’s budget proposal. As Adam MacVicar reports, the new mayor and council say they hope to improve the numbers.Â
