Typhoon Fung-wong has made landfall in the northern Philippines, the state weather agency said on Sunday. At least two people have died as Fung-wong lashed the central and eastern parts of the Philippines with heavy rains and strong winds, cutting power in large areas of the Bicol region ahead of its landfall.
