N.S. Supreme Court judges defend staff poppy ban in some courtrooms

In a joint statement released Sunday, Nova Scotia’s top judges defended the right of individual judges to ban poppies in their courtrooms, saying the decision is rooted in maintaining impartiality, not disrespect toward veterans.
