Twin typhoons devastate Philippines, hundreds dead, millions displaced

The Philippines has been battered by another deadly storm that has killed at least two people. Super Typhoon Fung-Wong slammed into the country’s northeastern coast Saturday, forcing more than a million people to flee their homes. Earlier this week, another typhoon hit the country, killing more than 200 people. Nathaniel Dove looks at the damage and what is driving the surge of powerful storms worldwide.
