The decline in Canadian’s travelling to the U.S. has been a gut punch, especially in cities and states that aren’t aligned with the U.S. president’s politics. The Mayor of Boston was in Nova Scotia Wednesday trying to bridge the divide, while honouring a decades-old tradition. Heidi Petracek was there.
