Prime Minister Mark Carney was in Terrace Thursday to announce the next batch of major projects the government is submitting for possible fast-track approval. Two of those projects are in B.C. And BC Conservative leader John Rustad is speaking out about the Cowichan dump scandal, asking if anyone else would be allowed to ignore environmental law in such a way.
