Earls President Mo Jessa said the restaurant has been through a “bit of a roller coaster” addressing the beef controversy. The restaurant said it listened to consumers and is now serving Canadian-born, raised and harvested beef in all 27 of its restaurants in Alberta and Saskatchewan.
