Wed, Feb 24: An Amber Alert has been issued by Vancouver Police for four-year-old Delilah Felton, possibly travelling with her mother, suspect Angela Hanley. Delilah was last seen wearing a colourful rain jacket, mostly red with flowers on it, a black skirt with writing on the front, and black leggings with grey stripes. Jordan Armstrong reports.
