Bonnie Lysyk, the auditor general of Ontario, said Metrolinx doesn鈥檛 have an 鈥渁dequate process鈥 in place to ensure value for money when it comes to delivering construction projects. Lysyk also added the concern of finding 鈥減remature cracks鈥 in Ontario highways.
