It’s one of the oldest schools in Kelowna and the Central Okanagan School Board says it’s time for it to come down. School District 23 is taking another shot at trying to convince the province’s education minister that Rutland Middle School is behind the times and needs to be replaced. As Kelly Hayes reports, attempt to convince the minister comes on the heels of a flat out no from the province.
