Two Toronto police officers are being applauded for their quick thinking that ended up saving the lives of two men in Scarborough last week. They were found face down in a pool, vital signs absent. As Morganne Campbell reports, more people appear to be drowning in backyard pools this summer and the Life Saving Society believes it may have something to to with the weather.
