Animal shelters in Florida and other southeastern states threatened by Hurricane Dorian are working frantically to move animals before the storm makes landfall. Clermont Animal CARE Humane Society near Cincinnati, Ohio is one of the facilities across the U.S. opening its doors to the animals, including eight dogs from Florida.
