On Sept. 13, former Ontario Provincial Police interim commissioner Brad Blair filed a $15-million lawsuit against the provincial government for wrongful termination, abuse of public office and breaches of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, said his lawyer, Julian Falconer, at Queen’s Park in Toronto.
