Demonstrators marched from the White House to Trump International Hotel in Washington, D.C. on Saturday to protest the Trump administration’s airstrike that killed Iranian military commander Qasem Soleimani and ensued U.S. troop deployment to the Middle East. The Pentagon announced on Friday that nearly 3000 additional troops will be sent amid rising threats to American forces in the region.
