Joshua Joseph Fitzgerald, 23, of Hilliard Street, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault after an incident outside of a Hilliard Street apartment Sunday afternoon. It was reported that during the disputed the accused assaulted a female victim. She was taken to the hospital for treatment of her injuries. Fitzgerald was held in custody and is scheduled to appear in court on Monday.
