A fire that gutted one of Kelowna's oldest buildings Wednesday morning has now been deemed suspicious. As we reported last night鈥攊t鈥檚 the second time that heritage building was struck by fire and tonight questions are being raised whether the city is doing enough to protect the city's history. Klaudia Van Emmerik reports.
