Fulton County district attorney Paul Howard said on Wednesday that video evidence shows that despite an Atlanta policy that requires officers to give timely medical attention to anyone injured, the two officers involved in Rayshard Brooks’ death, for about two minutes, provided no medical assistance. In addition, he said that based on evidence and witness testimony, former police officer Garrett Rolfe, who is charged in felony murder of Brooks, kicked the Black man as he lay on the ground after being shot, and officer Devin Brosnan stood on Brooks’ shoulders.
