A new study released today by the Canadian Mental Health Association links fears of a second wave of COVID-19 to the actions of others. The pool shows the majority of Ontarians are primarily concerned the outbreak will be caused by others not following proper distancing rules as businesses and schools reopen. Jessica Nyznik reports.
