NDP Leader John Horgan asks Liberal Leader Andrew Wilkinson about his party's plan for the environment after his government along with Andrew Weaver's Green Party introduced a progressive climate action plan called CleanBC. Wilkinson calls the plan is a "bit of a sham" and that greenhouses gases have gone up during the NDP's time in office.
