During British Columbia’s Oct. 24 election night, ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½’ Keith Baldrey said that the province will not have fully accurate ballot counts due to the use of mail-in ballots, which require 13 days to be verified. “It’s possible that we may not know the final outcome tonight until November 16,” he said.
