Quebec’s Public Security Minister Genevi猫ve Guilbault responded to questions Thursday about amnesty for the homeless community or those who work with them once an 8 p.m. curfew begins Saturday to curb the spread of COVID-19. She said workers can have proof from their employer and that 鈥渢he main goal is to help鈥 the homeless community find a place in a shelter and protect them.
