President Joe Biden said on Wednesday that although the U.S. is withdrawing its remaining troops from Afghanistan, “our diplomatic and humanitarian work will continue.” Biden also said the U.S. will “continue to support the government of Afghanistan,” and that it “will ask other countries in the region to do more to support Afghanistan.”
