On Wednesday the Ontario government announced the creation of 8,000 new spaces at public and private colleges for students hoping to pursue a career as a personal support worker. Those spaces come with free tuition, a move made to address the shortage of personal support workers in the province. Chris Russell, the Dean of Gates College in Peterborough, spoke with ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ Morning Peterborough anchor Noor Ibrahim about what it means.
