Last week the government announced millions in emergency aid to women’s shelters across the province, this after 10 women became the victims of femicide in Quebec. On Thursday, the province revealed it is handing over $20 million to organizations that help men with violent behaviour. As Global’s Amanda Jelowicki explains, experts say the money is long overdue.
