Ontario鈥檚 Long-Term Care Minister Merrilee Fullerton said Monday that she takes 鈥渞esponsibility鈥 for the well-being of residents and staff in long-term care as the facilities were ravaged by COVID-19 during the first wave of the pandemic. However, she said many of the problems highlighted in the report were 鈥渓ong-standing issues.鈥
