Ontario Premier Doug Ford said during a vigil held for the London, Ont. family killed in hate-motivated attack that the act of 鈥渢errorism鈥 can鈥檛 and won鈥檛 be tolerated. He added that those who commit such crimes must be punished to the fullest extent of the law.
