Manitoba Premier Brian Pallister announced on Wednesday that the province is launching a nearly $2-million lottery in cash and scholarships will be awarded this upcoming summer for those who receive a COVID-19 vaccination. 鈥淭his lottery gives Manitobans a reason to move faster to roll up their sleeves, not once but twice,鈥 said Pallister of the vaccination.
