Manitoba Liquor and Lotteries CEO Manny Atwal explained on Wednesday how the two lotteries for those who receive a COVID-19 vaccine in the province will work. Premier Brian Pallister announced earlier the province is rolling out nearly $2 million in cash and scholarship prizes for those who are inoculated.
