In May the province proposed some changes to the Conservation Authority Act. Those changes would give conservation authorities the ability to opt in our out of some “non-essential” programs. Otonabee Conservation has released a response to those changes, and suggests some could have a negative impact on its funding. CAO Dan Marinigh spoke with ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ Morning Peterborough anchor Noor Ibrahim about the issues at hand.
