Pickering library teams up with Education Bank to help low-income families

In a partnership with a local non-profit the Pickering Library will now offer pick-up service for the Scarborough-based Education Bank. The program provides things such as school supplies, crafts and other education needs for low-income families. Frazer Snowdon has more.
