Ontario Finance Minister Peter Bethlenfalvy said Thursday, while delivering the fall economic statement, that the government will proceed with building highway 413 and the Bradford Bypass, also known as the Highway 400–404 Link. he also said the government will allocate $2.5 billion to expand and repair over 580 provincial highways and bridges.
