B.C.’s Public Safety Minister Mike Farnworth said Tuesday the third atmospheric river hitting the province will bring very heavy rainfall to areas such as the North Coast. He said crews have already been mobilized in these areas should the need arise and people might need to leave their homes with very little notice.
