As part of its plan for a green economy, the Quebec government is supporting the purchase of more than a hundred electric school buses as it prioritizes the electrification of public forms of transportation. But one system continues to rely on diesel to move people around – the exo commuter trains. And as Phil Carpenter reports – some say, despite the polluting fuel, the diesel-powered trains aren’t about to go away.
