Quebec's provincial government and the City of Montreal are taking over a controversial rapid transit project from Quebec's pension fund manager, CDPQ Infra. This after widespread backlash surfaced over the proposed elevated railway tracks in downtown Montreal for the REM de l鈥橢st. Global鈥檚 Tim Sargeant reports on what this will mean for commuters.
