While it's impossible to outright end homelessness, those working to combat the crisis in Kelowna say it is possible to provide enough housing so that no one is forced to live on the street. And that's exactly what advocates aim to create in the city by the end of 2025. The ambitious goal was presented to city council yesterday but as Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, it will require the support of a lot more than just city hall.
