A similar scene in the North Okanagan tonight where flood waters have caused a lot of damage in Lumby. The community has had to activate its emergency operations centre after two local creeks burst their banks overnight. As Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, residents have seen this kind of flooding before and are getting fed up more isn't being done to prevent it.
